Cependant, la pompe et les cyclones d\u00e9terminent le mat\u00e9riau broy\u00e9 par le broyeur. Rappelons le terme \u00ab CSE \u00bb, le circuit \u00ab Efficacit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me de classification \u00bb, qui est le pourcentage de mat\u00e9riau grossier (plus la taille P80) \u00e0 l&#039;int\u00e9rieur du broyeur. Ainsi, le \u00ab\u00a0CSE\u00a0\u00bb est \u00e9galement le pourcentage de la puissance du broyeur effectuant un broyage utile, le reste \u00e9tant gaspill\u00e9 pour le sur-broyage de ce qui est d\u00e9j\u00e0 un mat\u00e9riau de taille P80 inf\u00e9rieure. Le r\u00f4le de la pompe et des cyclones est de maximiser le \u00ab CSE \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avant tout, comme l&#039;explique \u00e9galement le Bulletin n\u00b0 4, nous souhaitons toujours un taux de charge circulant (CLR) \u00e9lev\u00e9. \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 le m\u00eame CLR de 350%, voyez ci-dessous comment l&#039;augmentation de la consommation d&#039;eau du cyclone affecte le rapport de l&#039;eau retournant au broyeur. Ce rapport est appel\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0fraction de d\u00e9rivation\u00a0\u00bb et transporte les solides fins vers le broyeur \u00e0 boulets. En gardant la charge en circulation et le pourcentage de solides sous-vers\u00e9s identiques, tout en augmentant l&#039;eau dans l&#039;alimentation du cyclone, nous r\u00e9duisons la fraction de d\u00e9rivation.
